Manage GAAP/IFRS Technical Accounting Analysis,1099 compliance, analytical reviews and account analysis, and State sales tax compliance.

Payroll: Complete payroll and benefits management (Paylocity, Gusto, Trinet, and Zenefits). Register new businesses to comply with foreign qualification of businesses. Ensure compliance with state payroll tax withholdings, unemployment, paid family leave, and other payroll related liabilities, and oversee 401k compliance with ERISA laws and 5500.

Governance & Risk

Risk Management and Internal Controls: Implement and oversee corporate general liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and other risk management lines. Manage enterprise risk management program.
